The following, which had been held on reconsideration (page 3555), was again before the House in third reading: 2006-05-04 House Journal Page 3645 HOUSE BILL NO. 485 "An Act amending the State Personnel Act to place in the exempt service pharmacists and physicians employed in the Department of Health and Social Services or in the Department of Corrections and corporate income tax forensic auditors employed by the division of the Department of Revenue principally responsible for the collection and enforcement of state taxes who specialize in apportionment analysis and tax shelters of multistate corporate taxpayers; and providing for an effective date." Representative Rokeberg placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 485 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 1 (page 3385).
